We protect personal information in strict confidence as our social duties and take necessary procedures to establish management system of personal information based on JISQ15001. We have established the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy) to demonstrate our policy on handling personal information of our customers, business relations and also our staff.

1. Aquisition , purpose of use and provision of personal information

Utilization of personal information shall be clarified in the necessary sphere of execution of the business objectives of us considering our business contents and the magnitude of the business. Regarding acquisition, utilization and provision of personal information, we shall use and provide personal information for only our business objectives and take measures to prevent unintended usage.

2. Private Information Protection Law and related laws and ordinances

We fully comply with Private Information Protection Law and the other relevant laws and ordinances, the guidelines and policies determined by Japanese government ministries pertaining to these said laws and ordinances and our internal rules.

3.Prevention and remedy of divulgence, loss or　impairment of personal information

We pay the closest attention to the safety control of personal information protection. We have established the person in charge on handling personal information in possession of us and shall endeavor prevention and remedy of divulgence, loss or impairment of personal information.

4. Private information inquiry desk

We have established private information protection inquiry desk to manage and store appropriately personal information in the possession of us. The person in charge of this shall properly respond to consultations, complaints, and other matters from our customers.

5. Continuous improvement of personal information protection system　

We shall ensure that our directors and employees understand the importance of personal information protection to maintain and control appropriately personal information. In addition, we audit periodically the protection system and shall continuously improve it.
